The Bakersfield Women's Business Conference hosted e-commerce leader Sophia Amoruso as its keynote speaker this year to share her entrepreneurship experience during a dynamic conference at the Dignity Health Convention Center.

The April 23 event inspired women of all ages and backgrounds to break out and network with other women in business and other like-minded women. More than 1,300 women and allies in Kern County gathered to fuel personal growth, spark professional breakthroughs and empower one another to chase bold dreams.
