Tejon Ranch Co. hosted a ribbon-cutting Friday celebrating the first 84 apartments of a 495-unit community planned to transform an area that until recently was home to warehouses, stores and restaurants but nowhere to live.
Terra Vista at Tejon, located near the foot of the Grapevine next to the company's outlets mall, has already welcomed its first residents.
