Tradition continued Tuesday night at Garces Memorial High School, where the Catholic school's Class of 2026 was the first of the local high schools to hold its commencement ceremony this season, as it has for many years. 

Soon-to-be graduates gathered early to prepare to walk onto Sam Tobias Field, with the stadium stands packed with excited family and friends.
