A 42-year-old Bakersfield woman has been charged with two drug-related felonies and a misdemeanor, the Kern County District Attorney’s Office reported.

It said Cinthia Rizo was arrested Friday on suspicion of having methamphetamine, scales and drug paraphernalia during a probation search in the 2500 block of White Lane.
