The canceled Westchester 4th of July Parade has found new life, albeit in reduced form, as the Parade in the Park at Jastro Park the morning of July 4.

Flyers circulating in the Westchester area invite neighbors to the festivities in the park, which includes a parade around the Jastro’s sidewalks.
