A man was found guilty Thursday of evading police and driving with an excessive blood alcohol level, according to the Kern County District Attorney’s Office.

Phillip Barnes was found guilty of evading a peace officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a .08% blood alcohol level, driving under the influence of drugs and driving under the influence of alcohol and any drug.
